Must be a current Bluegrass Cellular customer in order to subscribe to Bluegrass Cellular's RingBack Tones Service.  The Ringback tone (RBT) feature activates subscription.  This feature must be on the account before tones can be downloaded. Subscription is $0.99 per month.  There is an additional download charge of $1.99 for each ringback tone purchased. Not available with Bluegrass Cellular Unlimited Prepaid service. Subscription may be terminated at any time, but subscription charge will not be prorated. Tones expire 12 months from the date and time of purchase. Subscribers have the option to renew for another 12 months by simply repurchasing the ringback tone within 30 days of expiration.  Callers may hear up to one full standard ringing sound or caller greeting before the music is played if this option is enabled by the subscriber. Subscriptions for tones terminate when cellular service is cancelled, suspended or when subscription to RingBack Tones is cancelled. You agree not to copy, reproduce, sublicense, transfer or assign tones or use them for any unauthorized purpose. RingBack Tones may not be available for immediate use.  Activation may take up to 24 hours for the service to be on your account. In the event that you do not receive a RingBack Tone after 24 hours, you may contact us at 1-800-928-CELL.
