Callers unfamiliar with ringback tones can be taken by surprise the first time they hear one. So, if you wish, we can preface the ringback tone of your choice with the caller greeting, a brief spoken message that introduces ringback tones to your caller. You can discontinue the caller greeting anytime by deselecting the box.
4. May I listen to a ringback tone before deciding to buy it?
You bet! Just click Preview on the Ringback Tones page to listen to any song or clip free of charge.
5. How many ringback tones may I buy?
You may buy as many ringback tones as you wish.
6. How do I pay for a ringback tone?
After you have registered for the service and have purchased a ringback tone, the charge will appear on your monthly [carrier name] bill.
7. How long may I keep a ringback tone? What happens when it expires?
A ringback tone expires 12 months from the date and time of purchase.
If you wish, we will notify you by email or text message before it expires (click Preferences ). You will have the option to renew for another 12 months by simply repurchasing the ringback tone within 30 days of expiration.
8. To how many callers may I assign a single ringback tone?
You may assign a single ringback tone to as many callers as you wish.
9. How often may I change my ringback tones, callers, or both?
You may add or change ringback tones and callers as often as you wish. In addition, you may delete callers or edit your caller information and ringback tone specifications (days and times). |
